Here at Coloured Contacts, we’ve got a huge range of Halloween lenses available, with every colour of the rainbow, special effects styles, and fun, quirky designs.
Our favourites this spooky season are:
Some of these, like our bestselling White Zombie Contact Lenses, are very simple, block-colour lenses, perfectly versatile. Why not buy a monthly-duration pair and wear them again and again with a myriad of different outfits?
Others, like our Yellow Cat’s Eye Lenses, feature specific designs. The lengthened pupil of these lenses will give you an animalistic look that’s perfect for a feline costume!

Iconic Duo Costumes:
This Halloween, duo costumes are all the rage! If you’re looking for the perfect spooky inspiration, a two-person look might be exactly what you need.
Take a look at our favourite ideas below, complete with the perfect lens pairings.
For a classic Halloween look, pair our Blind White Lenses or Black Mini Scleras with costumes like…
-
Frankenstein’s Monster and Frankenstein’s Bride
-
Beetlejuice and Lydia Deetz
-
Jack Skellington and Sally Stitches
For those who enjoy dressing up, try cosplays like…
-
Daphne and Velma
-
Mario and Luigi
-
Batman and Robin
Pair any of these with some warm Morning Coffee Contact Lenses to give your eyes a wide-eyed, brown look that gives the iconic outfits their finishing touch.
Or, throw together a low-effort look with some pink clothes for an iconic Barbie and Ken look. Complete this with some Pink Cosplay Lenses or Blue Dolly Contacts, for huge, anime eyes.
If you prefer fun face paints, why not try cartoon characters like…
Finally, there’s one duo that’s more iconic than any other this year.
Glinda and Elphaba from the Wicked franchise are the perfect contrasting duo; green versus pink, dark versus light, and yet better together than apart.
This Halloween, two of our affiliates took on the challenge of cosplaying as the Wicked co-protagonists.
@mua_sophie_sfx created this spooky Elphaba look, inspired by traditional Halloween witch costumes:
We’re absolutely obsessed with this green masterpiece, perfect for a night of spooky fun. Here, @mua_sophie_sfx is using our Angelic White Contact Lenses. These are part of our angelic range, which features a dark limbal ring design, making the wearer’s eyes appear bigger than they are. Paired with the block white (one of our most popular colours this Halloween), these lenses add the perfect highlight to this dark green look, making Elphaba’s eyes look spooky and unnatural.
If you’d like to draw inspiration from @mua_sophie_sfx’s makeup, take a look at her process below:
This video shows us every step of Sophie’s process, from the makeup to the final touches. If you’re interested in replicating this spooky witch look, you can find latex prosthetics similar to hers in our SFX range. Pair them with some of our UV Green Body Paint to add a fun glow to this look.
And, of course, you can complete the look with a pair of Halloween lenses. Go down the same route as @mua_sophie_sfx with our White Angelic Lenses, or put your own spin on the costume, with one of our other special effects styles.
The perfect contrast to Elphaba is Glinda, which @rubymediamakeup cosplays perfectly in this gorgeous look:
Pairing the gorgeous pink shine of Glinda’s outfit and her bubbles with our Pixie Pink Contact Lenses, this look is a pink-lover’s dream. From our fantasy range, the Pixie Pink Lenses are made with layers of bright pigment, intended to enhance the outer part of your natural eye, thus giving your gaze a fantastical, dream-like hue.
If you want to see more of @rubymediamakeup’s process, you can read last week’s blog or check out our Affiliate Gallery, full of looks from her and other affiliates!
For a little taste, check out the video below:
This Halloween costume is a little more approachable than the Elphaba look above. Instead of using prosthetics or face paint, all you have to do is start from a natural base. You can see in the video that Ruby is creating a clean, smooth makeup look, with a little contouring and blush. The eyes are the real focus of this masterpiece, using a pink cut-crease eyeshadow to highlight our Pixie Pink Lenses. Why not try something similar and play around with eye colours this Halloween? If you don’t have the time or effort to create a full prosthetic look, we completely understand- just have some fun with eyeshadow and lenses, and you’ll have a stunning Halloween costume in no time!
