Quirky Coloured Contacts

If you want to go for a low-key alien look, we recommend taking a look at our sumptuous selection of lenses with natural designs... and unnatural colourings! We think purple in particular is a good choice, giving a definite other-worldly glow. Orange is also a good bet. Basically, if you don’t want to go full-on weird – which we’ll be exploring in a bit – then our range of unusually coloured fashion lenses are great for getting an entry level alien look.
Beguiling Blind Contacts

*Cracks knuckles* Shall we stray further into that weird territory we mentioned then? Blind contacts are a great way to get an old-school alien look due to the fact that they have a completely unnatural appearance. While a lot people like to use them for zombie looks, we think they’re also incredible for aliens. Part of this is because they come in a wide range of colours – meaning that there’s plenty of choice when it comes to fine-tuning your extra-terrestrial appearance. White, black, red, green, blue, grey... Whatever you’re after, we’ve got it!
Captivating Cat’s Eye Contacts

This may seem like an odd choice for this list at first, but hear us out... While cat-people may be seen as more of a fantasy thing than a science fiction one, there have been many sci-fi cat-human characters in actual fact. And really: can you deny that there’s something otherworldly about a person with cat’s eyes? Of course you can’t! So if you’re looking to add a bit of meow factor to your appearance, and getting not just a weird look, but a weird look, then you should definitely consider these suckers.
Fantastical FX Contacts

Last but not least, our FX contact lenses. We highly recommend that you take a dive into our FX section and have a look for yourself, because there are simply too many designs available to do our range justice. We particularly love our range of print FX lenses, with there being a number of cool designs available. After spiral eye lenses? You got it! How about a dragon eye look? Yup! But surely we can’t stock something quite as odd as clock-eye lenses? Well... We do! The possibilities are endless when it comes to our range of FX lenses and, as a result, the possibilities are endless when it comes to your alien look!
So what do you think? Are you craving an out of this world look? Well, let us know on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram... Or you could just tell us if you’re planning on seeing the Alien movie or not! We’d love to hear from you.
