USPS/FedEx Priority Tracked orders placed on a Thursday, after 4 pm EDT, should expect delivery the following Monday.

We have a sitewide offer that allows you to enjoy free shipping with your order.

To qualify for the United States Free Delivery offer your shopping cart value must be over $60.

This unlocks the following free shipping options on our delivery step of the checkout.

On orders for Ultra-Fast eligible products:

  • USPS Standard Tracked Service
    • Postage Price: FREE
    • Delivery Time: 6-8 Working Days

Which lenses are eligible for Ultra Fast Shipping?
All lenses in our Ultra-Fast USA Delivery section are eligible for fast shipping options courtesy of USPS/DHL/FedEx (regularly updated).
What happens when I order eligible and non-eligible lenses?
If you order eligible and non-eligible lenses, our system will work out the best and most efficient way for you to receive the lenses you have chosen. This may mean that your order will arrive in two parts.
Where do I change my shipping option?
You can change your shipping method during checkout. Before then our system displays information related to our default shipping option for the USA.
Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, if you have placed an order then visit our Order Tracking page for the latest information on your order location. You can also log in to your account and view your tracking in your Order History.
What do I do if my order is late?
If your order is late, we do ask that you refer to your tracking information first; it may tell you why there are some delays. You can also Contact Us for customer services help.
My free shipping option is not there!
Our USA free shipping options only appear when your shopping cart value is above a set value. Make sure your shopping cart value exceeds the value stated on our offers page without the default shipping cost.
