You can choose and change your shipping options on checkout to find the service that suits your needs.

Please note the following when it comes to shipping options on colouredcontacts.com:

  • 'Working Days' refer to Monday through to Friday and DO NOT include weekends public/bank holidays.
  • Your ESTIMATED delivery date will be provided at checkout. This takes into account working as well as busy periods.
  • No delivery dates are guaranteed, delays in courier service and postage can affect your order's arrival time.
  • Orders placed on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Coloured Contacts are not responsible for any import, duty, customs or clearance fees that may be applied to an order by the receiving destination country.

How do I choose my shipping option?
You can choose your shipping method during checkout. Until then our site will display to you the cost and speed of our default standard shipping method.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, if you have placed an order then visit our Order Tracking page for the latest information on your order location. You can also log in to your account and view your tracking in your Order History.
How do I get free shipping?
Please refer to the information above regarding our current ongoing free shipping offers. Returning customers should use their account to get automatic free standard shipping.
Which countries do you ship to?
If you do not see your country of residence listed above, please refer to our Rest of World Delivery page to see all countries we ship to.
My order has been marked as delivered and I don't have it.
If your tracking is marked as delivered, then make sure you have checked all locations where the parcel could be. You could also contact your local postage centre for more updates.
