Ahsoka Tano Cosplay Ideas

As Disney expands the Star Wars collection to include series’ about following specific Star Wars character favourites, we get to learn more about Ahsoka Tano. Ahsoka Tano is Padawan to Anakin Skywalker; we already see some of her life story in The Clone Wars, The Mandalorian, and Star Wars: Tales Of The Jedi. Her character development from a young child discovering her force sensitivity in Star Wars: Tales Of The Jedi to a mature source of wisdom in The Mandalorian has us excited to learn more about Ahsoka’s life. 

Ahsoka is a Togruta female and as we see from her family and tribe in Star Wars: Tales Of The Jedi this race has unique markings and montrals on their head (the cone-shaped headpiece). These sentient beings use their montrals to help them to sense movement and are not just a headpiece as some people assume but part of their anatomy. Similarly, the markings on their skin are their pigmentation and not makeup. They can have orange, red, and white skin. Ahsoka has orange skin with white markings that cosplayers emulate with body paint. Another distinctive feature is the bright blue of Ahsoka Tano eyes. This can easily be achieved with coloured contact lenses if you don’t have naturally blue eyes or want to enhance the colour.

In this design, she has opted for a fabric headpiece and has completed the look with Grogu to recreate the scene from The Mandalorian.
