Amidst this unsettling time, we want to reassure our customers that Coloured Contacts is still open and fulfilling orders. We are constantly working to ensure that we can continue to provide our service whilst safeguarding the welfare of our staff and our customers.
Our UK warehouse is still shipping orders domestically and around Europe. Measures have been put in place to ensure our staff are working in safe conditions with social-distancing and handwashing being enforced. Throughout our workplace, a regular surface and area disinfection process is currently in place.
In terms of delivery, all of our services are currently still operating. The latest information from our providers is that a 1 working day delay in delivery time may be expected on some of the Express services we offer (such as UPS Standard).
