There are so many iterations of The Nutcracker from Tchaikovsky’s famous ballet to Barbie in the Nutcracker. With plenty of inspiration for Nutcracker makeup, our affiliates have been having fun creating their own versions of Nutcracker characters for Christmas.

@sammyjosbeautycase has created a clever wood effect using makeup paired with striking white features and a pair of white coloured contact lenses to complete her Nutcracker costume girl. @van_kelsing_ has created a makeup mini series out of Nutcracker characters costume. This included the title character painted with bright pink cheeks and large mouth. Her inspiration came from the Nutcracker ballet makeup. She has completed the costume with the Green Witches Eye Coloured Contacts for a bright festive green eye colour.
In her next Nutcracker character makeup, she has created the evil Mouse King. This detailed face paint would be perfect for the stage. In previous years, our affiliates have tried out female nutcracker makeup. @ladyparadoxx’s version of the Nutcracker is one of our favourites. The creepy spiral eyes make this Nutcracker seem a little spooky! Re-create this look using the White Rinnegan Ring Coloured Contact Lenses or try out Lady Paradoxx’s makeup with a pair of bright green or blue coloured contacts.
@giselkauffman took on two of the Nutcracker characters in this makeup challenge. This incredible Mouse King makeup can be paired with a range of coloured contact lenses including black, werewolf, or red eyes. Add some mouse ears, a crown, and paint your face to complete your Mouse King look.
She also beautifully painted herself as Clara using a pair of natural coloured contact lenses to enhance her eyes and completely painting on Clara’s dress.
